摘 要:假设为低氧对中长跑运动员神经反应能力有显著影响。通过对我国中长跑女子运动员在高住高练低训(HIHILO)条件下反应时的测定,旨在探讨HIHILO训练模式对运动员神经反应能力的影响。结果发现,HIHILO训练对增强脑及神经系统的抗氧能力在这些指标上的确有显著或一定效果;对低氧条件与错误次数分析结果并不完全支持速度-准确性互换关系;另外,HIHILO训练模式对运动员复杂的神经反应错误率有一定影响,而对简单神经反应类型出错可能性不大,说明两组差异主要是由低氧条件引起。HiHiLo is a training method which the athletes live in manpower hypoxia environment, and training normal giving priority and low training subordination. This study hypothesized that hypoxia influence notability on nerve reacting ability of woman middle-and long-distance runners. By measuring RT under HiHiLo, the authors discussed that the influence of HiHiLo on nerve reacting ability. The results showed that HiHiLo certainly impact on resisting oxygen capacity of brain and nerve system, and the results of hypoxia and error degree inadequacy sustain speed-accuracy trade-off. In addition, HiHiLo affect complex nerve reacting mistake, but has no possibility to influence simple nerve reacting style, this illuminate that difference of two group are induced by hypoxia.
