深化上海医疗集团改革的思考

摘　　要：通过剖析上海医疗集团发展存在的问题,指出上海迫切需要通过产业集群重新整合、配置医疗服务资源,形成适应经济发展、满足人民群众需求、兼顾公平与效率的多渠道、多层次的医疗服务供给模式;迫切需要组建具有实质意义的医疗集团,将上海的医疗技术优势转化为产业优势和城市功能优势。最后,借鉴国际经验,提出了进一步发展完善上海医疗集团的建议。By analysis of problems which the development of Shanghai Medical Group exists, multi- channel, nmlti- level medical care supply pattern should be developed to accommodate to economic development, meet the demands of the people and balance equity and efficiency. It is urgent to set up essential medical group to turn the technological advantage of medical technology of Shanghai into industry advantage and urban function advantage. At last, using international experience for reference, the author suggests that Shanghai Medical Group should be improved further.
