摘　　要：对企业在实施ERP中的业务流程重组中物流配送的优化过程,提出了一种基于Petri网的物流网络优化理论模型。分析了虚拟物流配送的结构形态,确定了与其对应的库所、变迁及其属性,建立了物流网络的Petri网模型图和数学规划模型,结合一个钢铁行业的实际物流网络进行了应用验证,结果令人满意。From the view of optimizing logistics transportation for business process reengineering in implementing ERP,a theoretical model for optimizing logistics net based on Petri net is presented. Having analyzed the structure of the fictitious logistics transportation, and decided its corresponding places,transitions and propertles,a Petri network model and a mathematical programming is presented. This is verified by an actual steel enterprise. The result is satisfactory.
