摘  要:采用kε双方程湍流模型、QUICK格式、CIMPLE算法和非均匀交错网格系统,对W型火焰锅炉燃烧室三维冷态流场进行了数值模拟,绘出了典型截面的流场图和速度分布图,揭示了W型火焰锅炉燃烧室内流动的主要特性。计算实例表明,将QUICK格式和CIMPLE算法同时应用于湍流回流的数值模拟,可以在保证较高数值模拟精度的情况下兼顾数值模拟速度。Adopting kε double equation turbulent model, QUICK format, CIMPLE algorithm, and nonuniform crossed grid system, the numerical simulation of three dimensional cold flow field in combustion chamber of Wshaped flame boiler has been carried out, giving out flow field diagram and velocity profile of the typical crosssection, having brought to light the main physical properties of flow in combustion chamber of said boiler. Practical example of calculation shows that the QUICK format and CIMPLE algorithm used simutaneously to numerical simulation of turbulence backflow can give consideration to the speed of numerical simulation at the same time, under conditon of ensuring higher precision of numerical simulation.
