摘 要:以湿法烟气脱硫工艺中常用的旋流喷嘴为对象,研制了几何相似的系列喷嘴和仅出口直径变化的系列喷嘴。选择实心锥喷嘴和螺旋喷嘴进行对比试验,系统地研究了旋流喷嘴的雾化粒径变化规律和雾化粒度分布规律。结果表明,旋流喷嘴结构参数对雾化粒径的影响较大;在雾化粒径为(1300~3000)μm时3种喷嘴相比,螺旋喷嘴能耗最低,而旋流喷嘴的雾化质量较好。Taking swirl nozzles comonly used for wet flue gas desulfuration technology as the object, a series of nozzles with similar geometry and nozzles with only different outlet diameters have been developed and manufactured. A comparison test of selected solid cone nozzles with spiral nozzles has been carried out, the variation rule of atomized particle size and distribution rule of atomized particles for swirl nozzles being systematically studied. Results show that the influence of swirl nozzle’s structural parameters upon atomized particle size to be larger; when atomized particle size to be (1 300~3 300)μm, it was found from comparison of three kinds of nozzles that the energy consumption of spiral nozzle to be the lowest, but the atomized quality of swirl nozzle to be better.
