摘　　要：对推镗滚压头滚压加工中出现的孔内沟纹现象进行了分析,对滚压过程中滚柱与缸体的运动情况等进行了研究,找出了引发沟纹现象的原因,提出了解决问题的方法,为合理地确定滚压头设计参数提供了理论依据,为滚压加工提供了实际经验。The rolling ditch phenomenon in bore machined by rolling bore tool was analyzed, the motion of both cylinder and roller post was studied, the reason that rolling ditch gives rise was probed, and the solution to these problems was put forward.
