摘  要:采用γ射线辐照技术在超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)微粉表面接枝甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)。对辐照剂量、GMA用量及UHMWPE用量与接枝率的关系进行了研究;用红外光谱、DSC及扫描电镜对接枝物进行了测试。研究发现:在辐照接枝反应中,辐照剂量大于20kGy时,接枝效率较高,GMA的接枝率主要受单体浓度的控制。由于GMA的引入降低了链段的规整度,UHMWPE接枝物的熔点降低,熔融热减小;接枝后UHMWPE的表面比纯UHMWPE表面粗糙,孔洞减小。The surface of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) powder was modified by coradiation grafting of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). The effects of monomer concentration, radiation dose and UHMWPE content on graft ratio were investigated. The graft polymer was characterized by means of IR, DSC and SEM. It was shown that when the radiation dose was higher than 20kGy, the graft ratio was high, the graft ratio of GMA was mainly controlled by the monomer concentration. Because of the addition of GMA, the regularity of chain segment was decreased, the melting point and melting heat of UHMWPE-GMA were all lowered; the surface of UHMWPE-GMA was rougher than that of pure UHMWPE and micro-cells were reduced.
