梳棉机带吸风装置的后固定盖板系统对成纱质量的影响

摘　　要：在下列条件下对A186F梳棉机进行了对比试验:梳棉机原有状态不变;梳棉机后罩板加装带有吸风装置的后固定盖板系统,单侧吸风;梳棉机后罩板加装带有吸风装置的后固定盖板系统,双侧吸风。试验表明:加装带有吸风装置的后固定盖板系统对生条含杂和异物率改善有一定效果;在单侧吸风时对成纱质量改善不大,而双侧吸风时改善较为明显。Comparison tests are done on a A186F carding machine under such conditions as a back stationary flat system with suction device is equipped on the back plate with the suction on one side and on two sides. The result shows that the equipped stationary flat system is favorable to decreasing the trash and dust content and improving VFM percentage; One side suction has no remarkable effect on the yarn forming while two sides suction can definitely improve the yam quality.
