摘　　要：纯棉高支品种用单浆槽浆纱机上浆,PVA的用量大小对浆纱质量影响较大,采用优质淀粉衍生物大比例替代PVA,对纯棉品种上浆有较好效果。通过试验数据的比较,提供了一些在纯棉品种上减少PVA用量的经验。The used quautity of PVA greathly affects the quality of the sized yarn when high count pure cotton product is being sized on single size channel sizing machine. To replace PVA greatly with CD-DF656 in sizing pure cotton product can lead to fine result. Through comparation of testing parameters, this paper provides experiences in reducing use of PVA in sizing pure cotton product.
