摘　　要：兔毛可纺性差,毛脆易断,加工和穿着过程中易掉毛,单强低,静电大,难于开发轻薄型产品,文章提出了利用国产毛、棉设备结合,选择蚕丝作为混纺原料,采用40/60的真丝兔毛配比进行混纺,在设备选型、设备参数及工艺技术上进行研究和改进,纺制出了条干均匀、毛羽较少的高比例兔毛真丝细特纱,可用于梭织和针织。Due to the fatal weaknesses of rabbit hair which leads to poor spin ability, low strength, lager static and being easy to break and to fall off when in processing and wearing, rabbit hair is hard to develop thin product. By using domestic wool and cotton spinning equipment in a combined way, choosing silk as blending material and adopting 40/60 silk-rabbit hair blending ratio as well as by improving equipment parameters and processing technology, high-content extra fine rabbit hair and silk blended yarn of good evenness and few hairiness is made, which can be used for weaving and knitting.
