透明质酸钠联合消炎镇痛液注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评估透明质酸钠联合消炎镇痛液注射疗法对于缓解膝关节骨性关节炎的疼痛症状及改善其活动功能的效果。方法选择疼痛门诊96例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,进行关节腔内透明质酸钠注射,每周注射1次,20 mg/次,5次为1个疗程,并在第1,3,5周注射时同时用1%利多卡因、曲安耐德20 mg及VitB120.5 mg进行关节周围的痛点注射。分别观察治疗前、治疗过程中及治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及关节活动功能评分。结果疗程结束后膝关节疼痛症状明显缓解,关节活动功能得到显著改善,治疗有效率达80.2%,且症状改善迅速。无不良反应发生。结论应用联合消炎镇痛液注射疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,特别对症状较重的患者,能迅速改善临床症状,无严重的不良反应,是一种安全有效而起效迅速的膝骨关节炎治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with anti- imflammation- analgesic injection for knee osteoarthritis, Methods The articular space of the knee was injected with 20 mg of sodium hyalumnate（HA） once a week in 95 patients of osteoarthritis in the painclinic. Five injections were as one course. The pain spots of surrounding soft tissue of the knee joint were injected with 1% lidocaine, 20 mg of transton and 0.5 mg of vitamin B12 at the same time. The score of visual analogue scale（VAS） and joint motion function were evaluated before, during and after treatment. Results After one course, pain of the knee joint was significantly ameliorated. The knee joint motion function obtained striking amelioration. The total effective rate was 80.2%. Clinical symptoms improved quickly. No side effect was observed. Conclusion Combined anti - imflammation - analgesic injection therapy for knee osteoarthritis has striking effect without serious side effects. It is a safe, quick and effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis, especially for svere patients.
