益肾活血胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者Hcy及ET、TNF-α、NO的影响

摘　　要：观察益肾活血胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者血液同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,两组患者均采用常规西药治疗,治疗组同时加用益肾活血胶囊,对照组加用维生素B12和叶酸,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组可显著降低冠心病患者Hcy、ET、TNF-α水平,并升高NO水平(P#0.05,P#0.01)。结论:益肾活血胶囊不仅能够降低不稳定型心绞痛患者Hcy水平,而且能够改善不稳定型心绞痛患者内皮功能,对于高半胱氨酸所致心绞痛的治疗效果明显高于对照组。To observe the therapeutic effects of yishenhuoxue capsule on Homocysteine（Hcy）,Endothelin（ET）,Tumomecrosis factor-α （TNF-α）and the levcl of Nitric oxide（NO）of unstable angina pectoris. Methods：Using randomized single blind method divided 40 unstable angina pectoris patients into routine medicine plus yishenhuoxue capsule （YSHX）group and routine medicine plus Vitamin B12 and folic acid（control） group. Each group has 20 patients. Results：Yishenhuoxue capsule could decrease the level of Hcy,ET and TNF-α in UAP patients. It also could increase the lever of NO of unstable angina pectoris. Conclusion： Yishenhuoxue capsule could not only decrease the level of Hcy but also improve the endothelial function in UAP patients. It is better for us to use yishenhuoxue capsule to treat UAP patients than using folic acid.
