敏康片治疗花粉症的疗效及对相关基因表达的影响

摘　　要：为研究中药敏康片治疗花粉症的疗效和作用机制,将70例花粉症患者随机分为治疗组(50例)口服敏康片,对照组(20例)口服金施尔康,治疗6个月后观察临床疗效及FcεRIβ、IL-4Rα基因表达情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为82%;对照组总有效率为70(%P>0.05)。2组治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻堵、鼻痒均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后经Northernblot检测FcεRIβ、IL-4Rα均有变化。提示中药可以调整花粉症患者相关基因表达,改善患者过敏体质,缓解临床症状。To study the clinical efficacy of “Minkang Tablet” in the treatment of poltenosis and its mechanism, 70 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated by mouth with “Minkang Tablet” and control group in which 20 cases were treated with “Jinshi Erkang”. After six-month treatment, clinical efficacy, FceRIβ and IL-4Rα gene expressions were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 82% in treatment group and 70% in control group, P〉 0.05; such symptoms as sneezing and nasal obstruction were improved in two groups （P〈0.05）; FceRIβ and IL-4Rα improved in treatment group. It is suggested that this Tablet can regulate gene expression, improve allergic constitution and ease clinical symptoms.
