摘　　要：行政公开是我国建设社会主义政治文明的一项重要内容。美国行政公开制度堪称世界各国的典范,它所确立的行政公开的基本原则、公开的方法、程序及救济的途径,都值得我国借鉴。Administrative public system is an important content of constructing Chinese political civilization, in comparison, The United States takes lead position in the open government laws. The federal open government system of the United States contains the main principles of administrative public system, the ways and procedure of federal open action, and remedy system for federal open measures, which deserve carefully study for us.
