摘　　要：近年来,我国政府的行政成本不断增高。在深刻分析政府行为、行政管理理念和相关行政管理制度等的基础上,本文探讨了行政成本升高的深层原因,系统地从不同角度提出了降低政府行政成本、提高行政效率的对策。In recent years, the administration cost of our country government raises continuously. On the base of deeply analyzing the government behavior, the principle of administration management and relevant administration management systems, the article discusses deeper reasons why the administration cost raises and systematically puts forward to strategies on how to lower the administration cost of government and raise the administration efficiency from different angles.
