摘　　要：在阐述甘肃省粮食生产现状及目前粮食生产存在问题的基础上,提出了发挥农业科技创新作用,确保粮食生产安全的措施是:应用农业科技新技术,努力提高粮食单产;合理利用水源,实现水资源的高效利用;加强耕地保护,重视耕地质量建设。On the bases of expounding the actuality and problems of grain-production ,author indicated that the measures to ensure the security of grain-production are ：application of the agricultural science and technology to improve the production of grain per unit ;utilizing the water resource rationally to realize high efficiency of water using ; protect the Cultivated land and attach great importance of Cultivated land quality construction.
