山羊心脏上下腔静脉心肌袖的形态学观测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观测山羊上下腔静脉心肌袖结构及特点,为治疗局灶性心房颤动积累比较解剖学资料。方法解剖30例山羊心脏,显示肺静脉心肌袖,测量山羊肺静脉心肌袖的长度及厚度。结果山羊心脏上(前)腔静脉心肌袖的长和宽分别为16.70±5.63mm和0.44±0.18mm.下(后)腔静脉心肌袖的长和宽为:12.4±5.00mm,0.44±0.18mm.山羊心脏上腔静脉肌袖出现率为100%,下腔静脉心肌袖出现率为97%,腔静脉心肌袖肌纤维22例(73.3%)来源于左心房,来自右心房5例(16.6%),来自左右心房3例(10%)。结论上下腔静脉心肌袖是山羊普遍存在的解剖结构,可能是引起局灶性心房颤动的解剖学基础。腔静脉心肌袖是构成左右心房的重要通路之一。Objective To observe the features of myocardial sleeves of superior and inferior vena cave in goats＇hearts, and to provide anatomy data for the therapy of focal atrial fibrillation. Methods Thirty goats＇ hearts were dissected to show the myocardial sleeves in the superior and inferior vena eave,and the length and the thickness of the myocardial sleeves were measured. Results The length of myocardial sleeves of the superior vena cave was 16.70 ± 5.63 mm,and the thickness was 0.44 ±0.18 mm; the length of myocardial sleeves of the inferior vena cave was 12.40 ± 5.00 mm, and the thickness was 0. 44 ± 0.18 mm. The appearance rate of myocardial sleeves of the superior vena cave was 100% ,and that of the in inferior vena cave was 97 %. Conclusion The myocardial sleeves of superior and inferior vena cave of goats ＇ hearts is frequent, and it may be the anatomic basis of the focal atrial fibrillation. The vena cave muscle sleeves is one of the important connective pathways between the left atrium and the right atrium.
