摘　　要：目的探讨加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法对21例股骨转子下粉碎性骨折，采用加压滑动鹅头钉内固定，同时植骨。结果21例中优14例，良6例，差1例，优良率95．2％。经1～3年随访，21例骨折愈合，髋关节活动良好。结论加压滑动鹅头钉内固定是治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折比较理想的方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of dynamic hip screw（DHS ）for treatment of femoral subtrochanteric comminuted fracture. Methods Twenty-one cases of subtrochanteric comminuted fracture were performed with DHS and bone graft simultaneously. Results Follow-up of one to three years, All patients were union of fracture and their hip-joint function was well. Conclusion DHS internal fixation is an ideal measure to treat subtrochanteric comminuted fracture.
