摘　　要：说明了毛圈经编机送经测长仪国产化改造的过程。采用一流的设计及目前最先进的微电脑芯片制造而成的JB-4CH型经编送经测长仪是同类进口产品的替代品,文中介绍了它的工作原理和主要技术指标,并详细阐述了显示部分、电源部分、检测控制部分的硬件设计和主、从机工作程序的软件设计。This paper introduces the domestic modification of warp run-in measuring instrument for the warp knitting terry machine made by Karl Mayer Corporation. The JB-4CH Type warp run-in measuring instrument is the substitute for the imported one, which bears the top-ranking design using the present most advanced micro-computer chip. This paper mainly introduces its working principle and key technological parameters, discusses in detail the hardware design of inspection control unit, display unit and power unit, and introduces the software programming of the main and secondary units.
