摘  要:利用2kg焦炉实验,研究废塑料配煤炼焦产物的特性.研究结果表明,废塑料代替瘦煤配煤炼焦对改善焦炭强度效果明显.废塑料代替瘦煤比例为1%~5%,焦炭的反应性和反应后强度呈现劣化趋势,但当废塑料比例为3%时,焦炭的反应性和反应后强度仍优于纯煤焦化所得焦炭,焦油中的芳香环结构物质增加,焦油出现轻质化趋势,焦炉煤气的热值有明显的提高,具有显著的工业应用前景.The characteristics of the products produced from co-coking of coal with waste plastics(WP) were studied in a 2 kg coke-oven. The results show that the yields of coke reaction index (CRI) and coke strength after reaction (CSR) are improved significantly because of the additive waste plastics, the CRI and CSR of coke from co-coking of blend coal and waste plastic decreased with the ratio of waste plastic in coal increase at range of 1 %-5%, but the CRI and CSR of coke from co-coking of blend coal and waste plastic are better than that of blend coal coking singly when the waste plastic replace thin coal of 3%, and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon in tar increase obviously, and the co-coking technology enhanced the tar and increase the thermal value of coke-oven gas obviously. The technology has a good prospect for industrial application.
