摘 要:选取了自身含助剂的天然岩石作为固硫剂,利用其所含助剂和固硫剂均匀分布的特点,消除助剂和固硫剂的反应界面性差的问题,使助剂的助固硫作用得以充分发挥.实验从固硫剂的种类、温度、钙硫比及与传统固硫剂的对比等方面对其固硫效果进行评价.结果表明,天然含有的助剂成分对CaO固硫有较大的促进作用:铁质灰岩固硫效果最好,其次是锰质灰岩和块状灰岩,均较普通固硫剂及含添加剂的复合固硫剂固硫效果好.In this paper, natural limestones with inherent assistants are employed as desulfurization agents. Using the characteristic well-proportioned ingredients of inherent assistants and sulfur sorbent in limestones, the problem that the weak reaction interfacial condition is improved, so the interaction between the ingredients of assistants and sulfur retention assistants exert sufficiently. Desulfurization effect during coal combustion is estimated from the kind of sulfur sorbent, temperature, ratio of Ca/S to contrast with conventional desulfurization agents. The results show that the assistants gredients facilitate the ability of sulfur retention of CaO; ferruginous limestone is the best desulfurization agents, then block limestone and maganase limestone,superior to the conventional calcium-based sulfur sorbent.
