毒素清颗粒抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察毒素清颗粒对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿的作用。方法:毒素清颗粒1.0 g/kg/d2、.0 g/kg/d和4.0 g/kg/d连续给大、小鼠灌胃5 d后,采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳壳肿胀致炎造模方法,观察并记录小鼠耳壳肿胀的程度;采用蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀的造模法,观察并记录大鼠足趾注射蛋清后的足趾肿胀程度;采用植入棉球的方法,观察大鼠棉球肉芽肿的重量。结果:毒素清颗粒对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀有明显的抑制作用,对蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀有明显的抑制作用,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿有显著的抑制作用。结论:毒素清颗粒对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀有一定的抗炎作用,对蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀亦有一定的抗炎作用,对大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生性炎症有抑制作用。Objective：To observe the function of Dusuqing Granule on the mouse belix swelling by demethylbenzene,the rat toe swelling by the egg white and the granuloswelling by the lint ball.Methods：After Dusqing Granule was continously filled to the stomach to the stanard of 1.0g/kg/d,2.0g/kg/d and 1.4g/kg/d for 5days.The mold of the mouse helix swelling and inflammation to observe and record mouse belix swelling degree.The mold of the rat toe swelling the egg white to observe and record the degree of the rat toe.The granuloswelling weight was planting the lint ball.Results：Dusuqing Granule has the obvious inhibitory action on the mouse helix swelling ,the egg white and geh granuloswelling by the lint ball.Conclusion：Dusqing Granule has the certain mouse belix swelling by dimebylbenzene and the rat toe swelling by the egg white.It also has the rat granunation tissoe hyperplasia inflammation by lint ball.
