A Study of Telephone Consulting Contents of 10124 Persons from a Psychological Health Hotline in Hangzhou Mental Hospital

摘　　要：目的 分析杭州市精神病专科医院心理健康热线电话咨询问题的状况。方法1999-2002年完整的电话记录共10124人次，主要按照咨询内容归为15类，对15类问题分别按性别、职业、年龄和文化层次进行分组分析。结果 女性在婚姻家庭、感情问题上与男性问差异有显著性意义；而男性在精神疾病、性问题、行为问题上与女性间差异有显著性意义。各职业均以精神疾病、服药问题为主；但职员的人际关系、恋爱问题，学生的工作学习、性问题也较突出。咨询者主要集中在20岁-和30岁-两个组，高中及高中IJ,上文化者占咨询人次的83．2％，咨询问题主要为精神疾病、服药、恋爱、婚姻家庭、情绪和人际关系问题。结论 咨询者趋向高文化层次和年轻化，咨询内容广泛，电话心理咨询不失为一种简便、实用、迅速和有效的心理社会干预措施之一，可作为本市精神卫生防治系统的一个补充。Objective To analyze the telephone consulting issues on the Hangzhou psychological hotline in Hangzhou Mental Hospital. Methods The issues from 10 124 persons on the psychological hotline were recorded and classified into 15 sorts from 1999 to 2002. All 15 sorts of issues were analyzed based on sex, age, profession and educated level, Results There was a significant difference in attitude towards family between women and men. There were also significant differences in mental disorders, sex, and behavior when comparing men with women. Mental disorders and medication were the major issues in every vocational field, but the person to person love relationships and the study of sex issues of the students were also obvious. The ages of people receiving consultation ranged between less than 20 and less than 30; 83.2% of the people consulted were enrolled in either highschool or higher education. The issues consulted were mainly of mental disorders, medication, love, marriage, emotions and inter-personal relationships. Conclusion Those receving consultation were young and educated people. The issues touched upon covered many areas. Telephone psychological consultation is simple, applicable, quick and effective, making it a viable and useful supplement to the mental health delivery system in Hangzhou City.
