摘　　要：目的探讨医务人员对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的评价情况。方法以问卷方式调查整群随机抽取的云南省禄丰县医务人员对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的意见和建议。结果医务人员对各定点医疗机构医疗技术水平、可信度、医疗收费、总体满意程度、卫生资源配置情况以及选择就诊的评价分布差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001)。经非条件Logistic回归分析表明,医务人员喜欢选择县医院就诊的主要原因是县医院医疗技术水平较好,总体满意程度较高等。结论村卫生室和乡镇卫生院总体满意度较低,卫生资源配置不合理,县级医疗机构收费过高。建议有关卫生主管部门增加农村卫生资源总量,提高乡村卫生机构诊疗水平,严格控制医疗收费的不合理增长。Objective To probe into the appraisement by medical personnel on the service quality of medical institutions of new-type rural cooperative medical care. Methods A part of the medical staff in Lufeng county of Yunnan province were by cluster sampling chosen, and their comments and proposals about the service quality of medical institutions were investigated via questionnaire, Results There were statistically significant differences （ P 〈0, 001 ） in appraisement about the medical technical level, reliability, medical charge, total satisfactory degree of medical institutions, as well as the allocations of hygeian resources and visiting preference. Non-conditional Logistic Regression Analysis indicated that their good medical technical level there and high total satisfactory degree account for the medical staff preferring to visit the county hospitals. Conclusion The total satisfactory degrees of village infirmaries and town health centers were low, the allocations of hygeian resources were unreasonable, and the medical charge in hospitals at the county-level was too high, The health competency department concerned should inerease the gross amount of rural hygeian resources, improve the diagnosis and treatment level of rural medical institutions, and strictly control unreasonable increases in medical charge.
