摘  要:目的观察应用运动疗法后2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平的变化情况。方法选择2004-02/06在郑州大学第一附属医院内分泌科就诊的2型糖尿病患者40例,均自愿参加观察。对40例患者进行运动治疗,包括热身活动、运动锻炼和放松运动3个部分。根据患者的年龄、体质量、有无并发症来决定其运动强度、运动方式。运动时要遵循循序渐进、持之以恒的原则,密切观察患者运动时的反应,运动频率5~7次/周,每周至少3次。分别于运动前和运动后第2,4,6,8周,检测患者空腹血糖、总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平。结果纳入2型糖尿病患者40例,全部进入结果分析,无脱落。①运动前及运动后患者血糖水平的比较运动后第2周患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平均显著低于运动前[(6.35±0.48,7.01±0.67)m m ol/L,(6.40±0.53,11.98±1.24)m mol/L(F=2.76,P<0.01)],运动后第4周患者的空腹血糖水平显著低于治疗后第2周[(5.72±0.39)m mol/L(F=6.58,P<0.05)]。②运动前及运动后患者血脂水平的比较运动后第2周患者的总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平均显著低于运动前[(5.01±1.02),(6.63±1.52)m m ol/L;(1.48±0.32),(1.82±0.48)m m ol/L(F=3.21,P<0.01)],运动后第4周患者的总胆固醇水平显著低于运动后第2周[(4.82±0.72)m m ol/L(F=2.25,P<0.05)]。结论运动疗法可以明显改善糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平,是糖尿病患者长期综合治疗方法之一,长期使用效果更佳。AIM: To observe the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes after using cinesiateics. METHODS: Forty patients with type 2 diabetes from Department of Endocrine, First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Febuary to June 2004 were selected, and all participants took part in the experiment voluntarily. Forty patients received cinesiateics including warming up, exercises and relaxing exercise. Exercise intensity and mode depended on patient's age, body mass, with or without complication. Exercises were done step by step perseveringly under strict observation. Exercises were done for 5 to 7 times, at least 3 times, each week. And levels of fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol and triacylglycerol were detected before exercises and 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after exercises respectively. RESULTS: Forty patients with type 2 diabetes were all involved in the analysis of results, no subject withdrew from the experiment.(1)Comparison of blood glucose before and after exercises: Levels of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after meal in patients after 2 weeks' exercises were significantly lower than those before exercises [(6.35 ±0.48,7.01 ±0.67)mmol/L, (6.40±0.53,11.98±1.24)mmol/L(F=2.76,P 〈 0.01 )], and level of fasting blood glucose at the 4^th week of exercises was obviously lower than that at the 2^th week of exercises[(5.72±0.39) mmol/L(F=6.58, P 〈 0.05)]. (2)Comparison of level of blood lipid in patients before and after exercises: Levels of total cholesterol and triacylglycerol in patients at the 2^th week of exercises were significantly lower than those before exercises [(5.01±1.02), (6.63±1.52) mmol/L; (1:48±0.32), (1.82±0.48) mmol/L(F =3.21,P 〈 0.01)],and level of total cholesterol in patients at the 4^th week of exercises was obviously lower than that at the 2'z week of exercises[(4.82 ±0.72) mmol/L(F=2.25,P 〈 0.05)].
