摘  要:目的综述番茄红素防癌抗癌作用及其机制,为前列腺癌、消化道癌、乳腺癌等癌症的防治提供理论依据。资料来源应用计算机检索M edline1995-01/2005-03相关文章,检索词为“Lycopene”,并限定语种为English;同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据库2000-01/2005-03相关文章,检索词为“番茄红素”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择对资料进行初审,纳入标准与番茄红素的性质、分布、吸收、代谢、抗癌作用及机制相关文章,英文文献为1995年以后发表的文章,中文文献为2000年以后发表的文章。排除标准重复文章。资料提炼共搜集到400余篇相关文章,入选55篇,因为这些文章能包含其他文章的内容,且发表时间为1996/2005。资料综合对检索到的文章的相关信息综合加以概括综述,其中番茄红素的性质、分布、代谢14篇,番茄红素抗癌作用及机制的41篇。综合结果显示,经过多项动物实验、人体细胞培养和流行病学研究表明,番茄红素具有明显防癌抗癌作用,它能有效地预防前列腺癌、消化道癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、皮肤癌等多种癌症。番茄红素抗癌可能通过抗氧化和清除自由基作用,诱导细胞间隙连接通讯,调控癌细胞增殖,有活化免疫细胞增强免疫功能的作用,能抑制癌细胞转移增殖因子α-TGF的遗传表达,胆固醇降解作用等机制。结论番茄红素在防癌抗癌中发挥着重要作用,但其动物实验及人群干预实验尚不够,抗癌机制仍需进一步证实。OBJECTIVE: To summarize the lycopene's anticancer function and possible mechanism, so as to provide theoretical evidence for the prevention and cure of prostate cancer, alimentary .canal cancer, galactophore cancer, etc. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of Medline database was undertaken to identify relevant articles published in English from January 1995 to March 2005 by using the keyword of "lycopene". Meanwhile, Chinese relevant articles published between January 2000 and March 2005 were searched in Chinese journals full-text database and Wanfang database, the keyword was "lycopene" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: All articles were selected firstly. Inclusive criteria: All English articles published after 1995 and all Chinese articles published after 2000 was relevant to lycopene's property, distribution; absorption, metabolism, its anticancer function and possible mechanism. Exclusive criteria: duplicated articles. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 400 articles were collected, 55 of them were included because they could contain the others and were published between 1996 and 2005. DATA SYNTHESIS: All selected articles and relevant information were summarized, including 14 articles on lycopene' property, distribution, absorption, metabolism, and 41 articles on lycopen's anticancer function and possible mechanism. Results from human epideeiologic studies and animal studies indicated that lycopene has protective effect and resistance against cancer. Lycopene intake was associated with a reduced risk of prostate cancer, alimentary canal cancer, galactophore cancer, skin cancer and so on. Its resistance to oxidative stress may result in its resistance against cancer. Lycopene can induce gap junctional intercellular communication and adjust cancer tumor cell proliferation. Lycopene can activate immune cell. It can restrain the expression of the α-TGF.
