摘　　要：针对小型球轴承市场不断萎缩的现状,将加工小型球轴承外沟的3MZ1410S 全自动外沟磨床改造为3MZ1420S 全自动外沟磨床,用于加工大型球轴承外沟,此类轴承市场前景广阔。同时,改造后的磨床,由于应用了精度较高的步进电机、滚珠丝杠及直线导轨,提高了加工精度。To aim at there is no market for small ball bearing,transform the 3MZ1410S automatic grooved raceway grinder used for processing small ball bearing grooved raceway.Changing for 3MZ1420S automatic grooved raceway grinder used for large ball bearing grooved raceway.This kind of ball bearing have good market prospect.At the same time,the reformatted grinder precision was improved because of using the precise stepping motor,ball screw and linear guide rail.
