摘  要:笔者以10份结球莴苣种质材料为供试材料,研究结球莴苣耐热性的形态与生理生化鉴定方法。结果表明,商品球率、中心柱重占叶球重的比例与结球莴苣耐热性关系最密切,可作为耐热性鉴定的基本形态指标;叶形指数和茎节间长与基本形态指标显著相关,而且在幼苗期就能反映品种间耐热性的差异,是早期耐热性较理想的鉴定指标;MDA、POD、SOD等生理生化指标也与基本形态指标存在显著相关关系,可用作结球莴苣耐热性鉴定的辅助指标。Ten accessions of head lettuce (Lactuca satire L var. capitata DC. ) were used in the studies of heat resistance through morphological observation, as well as physiological and biochemical determination. Results showed that heading rate, ratio of condensed stems to net weight were most remarkable indicators of heat resistance, and might be applied as basic morphological indexes. Leaf shape ratio and internode length of condensed stems were significantly correlated to the basic morphological indexes and were distinguishable during seedling stage, and therefore might be used as ideal appraising indexes of early identifica- tion. Significant correlations were also observed between heat resistance and some physiological and bio chemical properties, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dis mutase (SOD). These properties might be applied as accessorial identification indexes.
