摘　　要：介绍了1种新型刀具“变模数滚刀”在滚齿机上加工圆锥直齿轮的新方法.通过实例论述了用变模数滚刀加工圆锥直齿轮的原理,变模数滚刀的结构原理及其设计方法,给出了“变模数滚刀”刀齿对应螺距的计算公式.结合Y3150E滚齿机,系统分析了分齿、垂直进给、径向进给和滚刀套筒回转传动链的调整计算过程.使在滚齿机上用展成法加工圆锥直齿轮成为现实.A new method to machine straight bevel gear on gear-hobbing machine with a new type of cutting tool, which is named variable modulus hob, is described in this paper. The principle of machining straight bevel gear with variable modulus hob and the stucture and design method of variable modulus hob is discussed by an example. In addition the expressions between the tooth and pitch of gear-hobbing machine are given. The regulating process of transmission-chain of dividing tooth, vertical feed, radial feed, and hob sleeve is analyzed based on Y3150E gear-hobbing machine. As a result, the machining of straight bevel gear on a gearhobbing machine using expansion method is realized.
