摘　　要：介绍了新钢公司炼钢厂采用转炉—LF炉—连铸工艺流程生产优质碳素结构钢,采取钢包吹氩及喂丝、LF炉精炼,保护浇铸等有效措施,解决了生产中存在的质量问题与钢水流动性问题。This paper introduces the process route “LD - ladle furnace - eoutinuous eastion” for the high quality carbon structure steel in steelmaking plant of Xinyu iron and steel Co. , Ltd. In order to solve the quality and fluidity of the molten steel problems, many effective measures have been adopted such as ladle botom Ar - injecting and wire feeding, refining in ladle furnce, protective casting during tile steel -making process.
