摘　　要：通过对20MnS iNb钢生产过程中产生漏钢的原因进行分析,主要有结晶器倒锥度、铸机弧度、钢水成分及二冷冷却等影响因素,采取了相应控制措施,取得良好效果。This paper discusses the causes of breakout in the production of continuous casting 20MnSiNb steel billet, The affecting factors of back draughting of the mould, casting radian, secondary cooling and elements of steel are analysed, the measures are taken and the effects are obtained.
