曙光Ⅰ号注射液在痔结扎术中的疗效观察（附90例报告）

摘　　要：评价曙光Ⅰ号注射液在内痔结扎术中的作用。将180例内痔随机分成两组，治疗组90例在术中采用曙光Ⅰ号，对照组90例未采用曙光Ⅰ号，分析术后症状和体征的改善情况。结果显示，在减少术后出血和缩短脱线时间方面治疗组明显优于对照组，在肛缘水肿、尿潴留和便秘影响方面差异无统计学意义。结果表明，内痔结扎中应用曙光Ⅰ号可以减少术后出血，缩短脱线时间。The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of Shuguang No. 1 injection in ligation procedure for hemorrhoids. One hundred and eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups. Shuguang No. 1 injection was given during operations to 90 cases（study group）, while nothing was given to rest 90 cases（control group）. Postoperative improvement of symptoms and signs was then analized. As results,the study group was notably better in postoperative bleeding reduction and in time duration of ligatures lost than the control group. There were no statistical signficances in perianal edema,urine retention and constipation between the two groups. It is proved that Shuguang No. 1 injection given during operations for internal hemorrhoidal ligation can reduce postoperative bleeding and shorten time of ligature lost.
