摘　　要：目的研究姜黄素对培养小鼠巨噬细胞LDL受体的影响。方法用不同浓度的姜黄素与巨噬细胞共孵育,观察各组巨噬细胞膜上LDL受体的数量。结果高中低三个剂量的姜黄素均能使巨噬细胞膜上LDL受体数量增加,随姜黄素浓度增加,LDL受体数量也明显增加。结论姜黄素可能通过调节LDL受体数量和活性起到降胆固醇的作用。Objective： To study the effect of curcuma on the LDLR of macrophage in rats. Methods： The macrophaes from rats were treated with different concentrations of cureuma, and the LDLR of the macrophages were observed. Results： Curcuma could enhance the LDLR on the membranee of maerophage, and the number of LDLR increased when the concentration of curcuma increased. Conclusion ： The curcuma may dowm-regulate the serum level of cholsterol through the way of regulating the number and activity of LDLR on the macrophages.
