摘　　要：目的研究杭白菊的强心作用.方法利用离体蟾蜍心脏灌流方法,观察杭白菊醇提取物对正常心脏以及戊巴比妥钠和低钙所诱致衰竭心脏收缩活动的影响.结果杭白菊(25～100mg/L)能明显增加正常蟾蜍心脏以及戊巴比妥钠和低钙所致心衰模型的收缩力,并呈剂量依赖性,100mg/L可使衰竭心脏收缩力完全恢复到正常水平.杭白菊对心率无明显影响.结论杭白菊具有强心抗心衰作用.Objective： To investigate the cardiotonic effect of the extract from Dendranthema morifolium （Ramat） Tzvel （DM）. Methods： The isolated toad hearts were perfused with DM to measure the inotropic effect of DM on normal hearts and heart failure models induced by pentobarbital or lower-Ca^2＋ perfusion. Results： DM （25 - 100 mg/L ） significantly increased cardiac contractile force in dose-dependent manner. 100mg/L DM could recover the contractile force of failure heart to normal level. DM had no effect on heart rate. Conclusion： The extract from DM has cardiotonic effect.
