摘　　要：土地具有保障和资本两大功能,不同的土地功能定位,对人们的土地利用心态、行为和土地利用效果产生着重大影响。分析了当前过分强调农村土地保障功能的种种弊端,并结合我国农村经济发展的需要,提出适时促进我国农村土地由保障功能向资本功能转变的迫切性。The land has capital and security function. Choice of land function influences people＇ thinking, actions and efficiency in land use. This paper first analyzes the disadvantages of focusing on the security function in current rural land use and puts forward, on the basis of the demands of the development of rural economy, the necessity to promote the transfer of the function of rural land from security to capital.
