摘　　要：农产品行业协会是农业市场新型的竞争主体,特别是在加入WTO新形势下,其主体地位的角色越来越强,而且它对国家制定和实施涉农政策、对农产品国际贸易有重要的影响。以浙江省蔬菜瓜果协会作为分析个案,对农产品行业协会的运行机制和绩效作了微观分析,总结了值得借鉴的经验和启示。IAAP is a new competitor in the agricultural market and is playing a more and more significant role, especially since China＇s entry into the WTO. Moreover, it has an important impact on the making and implementation of agricultural policies as well as the international trade of agricultural products. This paper, based on a case study of Vegetable and Melon Industry Association of Zhengjiang Province, makes a micro analysis of the running mechanism and efficiency of the industrial association for agricultural oroduets. In addition it sums up some experience that is noteworthy.
