摘 要:为调查卡托普利(Cap)的特殊血管效应和探讨其机制,用电镜和图象技术观察口服Cap对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)主动脉平滑肌细胞(ASMC)超微结构和Ca2+的影响。用Cap治疗SHR16wk,降低主动脉中膜厚度(104.7±6.6μmvs135.7±8.1μm)和改善ASMC的异常超微结构征象如异形核、线粒体肿胀和管状结构扩张以及降低ASMCCa2+浓度。故Cap有阻止SHR主动脉中膜肥厚和改善SHRASMC异常性超微结构的特殊血管效应。而降ASMCCa2+可能部分与它的特殊效应有关。The effect of oral captopril(Cap)on the ultrastructure and intracellular Ca2+([ Ca2+] i)Of aortic Smooth muscle Cells(ASMC)from spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)was investigated and its mechanism responsible its particular effect on blood vessel was evaluated by using transmission electron microscope and digital image processing technique.16 wk of treatment with Cap lessened medial thickness of aortae(104.7±6.6 vs 135.7±8.1μm)and abnormal ultrastructural signs of ASMC from SHR including heterogeneous population of nuclei,swelling of mitochondria and tubular systems as Well as decreased [Ca2+] i in ASMC.Cap possesses particular effect on blood vessel in preventing aortic medial thickness and improving of abnormal ultrastucture,which may be in part associated with a fall in [ Ca3+] i in ASMC.
