摘  要:目的:研究热处理对普通阿霉素碘油乳剂和阿霉素碘油混悬剂阿霉素释放规律的影响。方法:用"泵法" (pumping technique)制成普通阿霉素碘油乳剂(UFL-ADM Emulsin,UAE)和阿霉素碘油混悬剂(UFL-ADM Sus- pensin,USA),分别在25℃、40℃、50℃、60℃水浴箱中加热2小时后,用紫外分光光度法(Ultraviolet Spectrophotometic method)测定释放到透析液中阿霉素的浓度,计算释放率。结果:混悬剂和普通乳剂在加热处理后。25℃、40℃、50℃处理组间释放速率近乎相等(P>0.05);60℃条件下,混悬剂组和普通乳剂组与作为对照组的生理盐水中的阿霉素浓度几近相等(P>0.05)。结论:阿霉素碘油混悬剂和普通乳剂在60℃热处理后,阿霉素释放速度减慢,在肿瘤灶作用时间延长,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective: To investigate the change of releasing rate rule of two types of Lipiodol - Adriamycin pharmaeeuties after heated. Method: Ultra - fluid lipiodol Adriamyein emulsion (UFL - ADM Emulsion, UAE) and ultra - fluid lipiodol Adriamyein suspension (UFL- ADM Suspension, UAS) was prepared by “Pumping technique”. After heated up at different temperature of 25℃、 40℃、50℃、60℃ for two hours, the concentration of ADM in liquid of dielysis was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometic method for the ADM relessing rate. Results: In Comparison with the degree of 25℃, the releasing rate of the two heated pharmaeeutics was lower. Among the groups at the degree of 25℃、40℃、50℃, each pharmaeeutics had nearly the same releasing rate (P〉0. 05). In the group at 60℃, the releasing rate of UAS, USE and Adrismycin- Seline solution almost had no difference (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: After heated at 60℃, ADM releasing rate is fell, effeeting time on tumor tissue is delayed. The heated Lipioclol - Adriamycin pharmceufics had advantage in the interventional embolization chemotherapy of the neoplasm.
