摘　　要：对水库移民监理中资金控制的工作程序和工作方法进行分析,提出资金控制分为四个阶段,即移民资金使用计划的事前审核、移民资金拨付的流程监督、移民资金使用情况的过程监督和移民资金使用的效果评估;并就综合监理和单项监理的关系进行了说明。This paper analyzes the procedures and the ways of fund supervision of reservoir resettlement, and brings forward that the thnd control separales into four parts. The first is the advance auditing of fund plan. The second is the flow intendance of payment. The third is the process intendanee of fund use, and the last is the effect evaluation of fund use. Finally, this paper explains the relationship between comprehensive supervision and individual supervision.
