摘 要:采用新介质VXF-4310在大寨2号机组上进行真机运行试验研究并与同机空冷试验及以前采用的氟利昂F113运行情况相比较,得出蒸发冷却发电机采用新介质VXF-4310时,定子线棒温度水平低(<65℃),温度分布均匀(温差<10K)。从流动和传热的角度看,VXF-4310作为电机蒸发冷却介质是可行的,从而为三峡机组采用该新型冷却介质提供了可靠的工程依据。The article states the significance of the experimental study in No.2 generator in Dazhai power station using the new coolant V XF-43 10. By comparison with the result of air-cooling and the result of evaporative cooling using coolant R113 in the same generator, it concludes that by using VXF-4310 the temperature along the stator bar is lower than 65 ℃, and the temperature distribution is much even (the difference in temperature is lower than 10 ℃. From the viewpoint of flow and heat transfer, the article draws the conclusion that the coolant VXF-4310 is feasible using in the evaporative cooling generator, and it offers reliable project foundation for the new coolant using in the generator in three-gorge station.
