类风湿因子胶乳诊断试剂的研制

摘　　要：对传统的类风湿因子胶乳诊断试剂的制备方法进行了改进。特别是当胶乳包被抗原时加入人血清白蛋白和制成品在３７℃孵育３周老化等新工艺的引入，使试剂的灵敏度、特异性。Conventional methods for preparing the latex agglutination test reagent for rheumatoid factor were improved. New techniques were introduced, particularly in the processes such as adding human serum albumin during wrapping the antigen with the latex particle and aging of the finished product at 37℃ for three weeks. Therefore the sensitivity, specificity and stability of the reagent are superior to those of the conventional ones.
