体外授精-胚胎移植周期HCG对宫颈粘液IL-1β水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)在体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中对宫颈粘液白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法:用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法连续测定14例IVF周期、7例正常月经周期宫颈粘液中IL-1β的水平。结果:IVF-ET周期注射HCG前宫颈粘液IL-1β水平为(114.30±57.62)pg/ml,注射HCG后36小时为(38.16±38.60)pg/ml,注射HCG前宫颈粘液IL-1β水平明显高于注射后IL-1β水平,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:IVF-ET周期HCG影响宫颈粘液IL-1β的水平,系上调还是下调作用有待进一步研究。Objective： To study the effect of HCG on IL-1β concentrations of cervical mucus in IVF-ET cycle. Methods：Fourteen women of primary or secondary sterility undergoing IVF treatment and seven women of reproductive age with a history of regular, monthly menses and normal fertility were recruited for this study.The IL-1βconcentrations in cervical mucus were measured serially by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results：IL-1β concentration in cervical mucus in IVF was （114.30±57.62）pg/ml before HCG injection.the IL-1β concentration in cervical mucus was （38.16±38.60）pg/ml after HCG injection, the IL-1β concentration before HCG injection was significantly higher than that after HCG injection （P〈0.01）.Conclusions：HCG has an effect on IL-1β concentration in cervical mucus in IVF-ET cycle.Whether it is up-related or down-related remairs further stuetied.
