摘　　要：目的:研究金钱通淋口服液提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以总黄酮含量为测定指标,采用正交试验法,通过统计学分析确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:药材加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次2小时为最佳提取条件。结论:本实验为金钱通淋口服液生产工艺提供了最佳条件。OBJECTIVE To study the best extraction condition of Jinqiantonglin oral liquid. METHODS Taking the content of general flavonoids as guideline, the best extraction condition was determined with orthogonal experiments and statistical analysis. RESULTS The best extraction conditions include the ration of 1 （medicine herbs） ：10（water）, decocting 2 times and 2 hours every time. CONCLUSION This study offers the best extraction condition for the production of Jinqiantonglin oral liquid.
