摘  要:对煤自燃过程中煤物理吸附氧进行了理论分析,利用色谱吸氧法测试了不同煤种的煤样在不同吸附时间、不同环境温度和不同粒度的物理吸附氧量,分析了影响煤物理吸附氧的影响因素,并计算出煤因物理吸附氧而放出热量使煤体温度的上升值.结果表明,煤物理吸附氧量随环境温度上升而下降、随粒度变大先增加而后下降、而与煤的变质程度没有直接关系,煤物理吸附氧气的速率非常快,物理吸附是煤自燃过程的第一步,其关键作用在于为煤的氧化输送氧,最后从实验和理论上对以煤吸附氧量大小为指标的煤自燃倾向性鉴定方法进行了分析和评价。图5,表2,参8。Theory of oxygen physisorption in spontaneous combustion of coal was analyzed. Quantities of oxygen physisorption of different coal samples were obtained by the method of oxygen adsorption with chromatograph in different adsorption time, in different temperature and with different granularity of coal sample. Some factors affecting oxygen physisorption of coal were discussed. The temperature rise of coal by the heat of physisorption was calculated, The experiments indicate that the value of oxygen physisorption of coal descends with temperature rising, and ascends first and then drops with the granularity increasing. The process of oxygen physisorption is very fast. Oxygen physisorption is the first step of self-igniting of coal, and its key function is transporting oxygen for coal being oxidized. At last, an appraisal is given to the method for identifying tendency of coal to spontaneous combustion by oxygen adsorption with chromatograph.Sfigs.,2tabs.,8refs.
