摘　　要：科技创新关系到国家振兴和繁荣,关系到企业的生存与发展。创新是一个国家的灵魂,发展的动力。我国要迅速赶上发达国家,适应世界发展趋势,必须狠抓科技创新。It has a bearing on state development and prosperity and on enterprise existence and growing to innovate on science and technology. Innovation is the soul of state and the motive power of development. To catch up with developed countries as soon as possible, and to adapt the developing trend, we must promote innovation on science and technology.
