金刚石稀土合金膜层镀覆及其应用研究

摘　　要：金刚石表面镀覆金属膜层的研究已经有了十余年的经历,在金刚石工具制造中取得了好的效果。文章在以往的研究基础上,为提高金刚石覆膜效果和应用效果,在镀膜过程中,采用了在镀覆金属中加入稀土的方法。试验表明,金刚石与金属膜层的结合强度有了提高,镀膜金刚石在胎体合金中的包镶牢固程度随之得到提高。It has been more than ten years since the starting of research on diamond surface metal coating which received good result in diamond tool manufacturing. Based on the existing research a method of adding REE in coating metal was applied during coating operation in order to improve the effect of coating on diamond and the applied efficiency. The experiment shows that the bonding intensity between diamond and metal coat has been improved and the holding retention of the coated diamond in matrix alloy has also been intensified.
