摘　　要：本文概述了我国水生野生动物自然保护区发展状况,重点论述了水生野生动物自然保护区的保护物种、保护区布局和保护区的管理现状;并提出了我国水生野生动物自然保护区应将部分保护区进行整合、加大对保护区的资金投入、正确处理好保护区和社区的关系及理顺保护区的管理体制等建议。This paper reviews the development of the aquatic wildlife nature reserve in China, especially indicates the protected species, the layout and managing status of the aquatic wildlife nature reserve. Suggestions on combining some nature reserves; investing more funds, dealing with the relationship between reserve and community, adjusting reserves＇ management system are put forward.
