摘　　要：目的:为筛选提高黄胸鼠对毒饵适口性的引诱剂。方法:将18种物质按不同浓度分别加入玉米粉 中,进行实验室有选择性摄食试验;选出5种引诱物进行最适浓度及馄配试验筛选出最佳引诱剂;再将最佳引诱剂 加入敌鼠钠盐和溴敌隆正常毒饵中与正常毒饵及基饵进行摄食对照。结果:单种添加剂试验中有7种物质,17种 浓度的引诱物能提高黄胸鼠适口性,其中以8％的W-1最优,次为2％的W-2和0．5％的W-3;混配试验以8％ 的W-1+0．5％的W-3效果最好;将其加入2种正常毒饵中,能显著提高毒饵的适口性。结论:8％的W-1、2％ 的W-2及0．5％的W-3能显著提高黄胸鼠的适口性,均可作为引诱剂选用。Objective： To screen luring agent for poisonning the Rattus flavipectus. Methods： Carried on selectfeeding test of laboratory by putting 18 kinds of material with different concertration respectively into cornflouer. And 5 kinds of luring agent were selected and carried on tests of best concertrarion and mixture for selecting the best luring agent, Then putting the best luring agent respectively into the ordinary poisonous baits of Diphacin-Na and Bromodiolone to do select feeding test. Results：In the single respective additive test, There are 7 kinds of material with 17 kinds of concertration caould increase the palatability of the rats. In which, the cornflouer with 8% W 1 is the best, and the cornflouer with 2 % W-2 and 0.5 % W-3 were the second, And in the mixture test, cornflour witix 8% W-1 ＋ 0.5% W-3 was the best, and The ordinary poisonous baits of DiphaciwNa and Bromodiolone with 8% W-1 ＋ 0.5% W-3 could dramafically increase palatability of the rats. Conclusions：8% W-1 and 2% W-2 and 0.5% W-3 could be the luring agent for poisonning the Rattus flavipectus.
