摘 要:利用自制的模拟重力高速电镀槽,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD)和粗糙度仪检测,研究了在硫酸盐镀锌过程中,镀液流速对镀锌层形貌、各晶面择优取向度和粗糙度的影响。结果发现,镀液流速对镀层的微观形貌影响:流速大时镀层结晶细致、平整,流速较小时镀层结晶粗大、凹凸不平;镀液流速对各晶面的择优取向度影响较小;且镀层的粗糙度随镀液流速的增加呈线性下降规律,并建立了镀液流速与镀层粗糙度之间的数学关系式:Ra=a+bv;对该式的进一步探讨佐证了镀层厚度和电流密度对镀层粗糙度的影响规律。The effects of bath flow rate on the morphology, optimal orientation degree of each crystal face, and roughness of zinc coating during sulfate zinc plating are investigated by using self-made analogue gravitational acceleration plating bath and through the tests of SEM, XRD and roughness meter. It is found that bath flow rate greatly affects the micro-morphology of coating: the crystals of the coating are fine and neat when the rate is higher and vice versa; the optimal orientation degree of each crystal face is less affected by bath flow rate; eoating roughness decreases linearly with the increase of bath flow rate, and further a relationship between bath flow rate and coating roughness is established: Ra = a + bv ; the further study of this relationship has proved the law of the effects of coating thickness and eurrent density on coating roughness.
