摘　　要：叙述了Shell煤气化技术的发展过程,介绍了Shell煤气化工艺和主要设备的特点,回顾国内的装置建设情况,坦言一些存在的问题,并提出Shell工艺的改进意见:在为中国设计的制氢气、氨和甲醇化工装置中,将废锅流程改为激冷流程,可以明显降低投资,加快建设周期,提高开车速度,降低运行成本。The development course of Shell coal gasification process and the characteristics of key equipment were introduced. The circumstances of the domestic plants licensing Shell technology were reviewed. Some problems concerning Shell process were pointed out frankly and opinions for improvement suggested. To change the waste heat boiler process into the chilling process for H2, methanol and ammonia production units in China can obviously decrease the investment, shorten the construction period, increase the operation speed and decrease the operation cost.
